伊勢角屋麦酒が作の酒粕を使用して醸造した限定ビール。 このビールは酒粕をイメージして淡い色を基調とし、色をなるべく抑えることで和の落ち着いた印象を演出しました。 背景には伊勢型紙の紋様「三つ鱗」を使用しています。 これは、邪気から身を守る硬い鱗を意味し、角屋麦酒の創業家と鎌倉時代の戦国大名である北条氏の家紋が同じであることに由来します。
Ise Kadoya Brewery has crafted a limited edition beer using sake lees from Zaku. This beer features a pale color to reflect the sake lees, and the minimal use of color creates a refined, traditional Japanese aesthetic. The background design incorporates the Ise-katagami pattern “Mitsu-uroko," symbolizing protection from evil with strong scales. This motif was chosen because the crest of the Kadoya Brewery's founding family is the same as that of the Hojo clan, a samurai family from the Kamakura period.
