2023年酒造度の作の新酒「ZAKU Nouveau 2023」のラベルは、日本酒を醸すイメージを水彩画のタッチで表現しています。発酵の複雑で奥深いプロセスと、深淵なる奥底から湧き出てくる生命の息吹を表現したこのラベルは、東レ株式会社が推進する「水なし印刷」による地球にも人体にもダメージが少ないVOCフリー印刷技術「P4Eシステム」を使用して印刷しました。CO2削減、労働環境改善など、SDGs達成に貢献するラベルとなっています
The label for the 2023 vintage of ZAKU's new sake, "ZAKU Nouveau 2023," is designed to evoke the image of sake brewing using a watercolor touch. This label, which captures the complex and profound fermentation process and the breath of life emerging from the depths, is printed using Toray Industries' "P4E System." This waterless, VOC-free printing technology is gentle on both the environment and human health. The label contributes to achieving the SDGs by reducing CO2 emissions and improving working conditions.
