三越伊勢丹のプライベートブランド「ONLY MI」として企画された、三重県鈴鹿市にある蔵元、清水清三郎商店の日本酒「鈴鹿川KIKUZUKUSHI」。 鈴鹿の伝統工芸品である伊勢型紙「菊づくし」の柄の一部を拡大してラベル化しました。吉祥文様として古くから愛されている菊柄。三種類の菊花がリズムよく構成されている「菊づくし」は、一目で和の紋様とわかる図柄であり、全く古びるどころかますますモダンな造形としての魅力が光ります。桐箱入り。
The sake "Suzukagawa KIKUZUKUSHI," produced by Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture, was created as part of the Mitsukoshi Isetan private brand "ONLY MI." The label features an enlarged pattern from the traditional Ise-katagami "Kikuzukushi," a design that highlights the chrysanthemum, a motif beloved as a symbol of good fortune. The "Kikuzukushi" pattern, with its rhythmic arrangement of three types of chrysanthemums, is instantly recognizable as a traditional Japanese design, yet its appeal as a modern aesthetic remains strong. The sake is presented in a paulownia wood box.
