世界的に有名なゲームクリエーター小島秀夫率いるコジマプロダクションと作とのコラボレーション酒です。
お酒はハイエンドモデルの「作 ルーデンス 小島秀夫シグネチャー（純米大吟醸）」と「作 ルーデンス（純米吟醸）」の２種類。
コジマプロダクションのシンボル「ルーデンス」と、作がテーマとしてきた鈴鹿の伝統工芸、伊勢型紙や鈴鹿墨がうまく交錯するように設計し、それぞれのファンの方に対して新たなブランドの魅力の発見につながればという思いを込めています。 シグネチャーのイラストレーションはコジマプロダクションで アートディレクターを務める新川洋司さんに特別に描き下ろしていただいたもの。鈴鹿墨を用いてタッチを少なくし濃淡を出すようにお願いしたので、和のしつらえになったのではと思います。また、純米吟醸のボトルには、ルーデンスに伊勢型紙の武神 毘沙門天が身につけたという文様『毘沙門亀甲柄』のバリエーション柄で彩りました。
この企画のテーマは「ゲームの匠×米作りの匠」。小島秀夫が実際に鈴鹿の蔵を訪れ、杜氏とものづくりにかける思いをめぐらす様子をコラボレーションのコンセプトムービーとして紹介されています。
今回、パッケージに加え、PRツールなどの制作から進行のアテンドなど全般に関わらせていただきました。

This sake is a collaboration between Zaku and Kojima Productions, led by world-renowned game creator Hideo Kojima.
The lineup features two high-end expressions:Zaku LUDENS Hideo Kojima Signature (Junmai Daiginjo)／Zaku LUDENS (Junmai Ginjo)
The concept brings together “Ludens,” the symbolic figure of Kojima Productions, with the traditional craftsmanship of Suzuka—such as Ise-katagami (paper stencil art) and Suzuka-sumi ink, which have long been themes of the Zaku brand. The design was carefully developed to create a harmony between these two cultural identities, with the hope of offering new discoveries and inspiration to fans of both worlds.
The signature label illustration was specially created by Yoji Shinkawa, Art Director at Kojima Productions. Using Suzuka-sumi ink to create depth with minimal brushstrokes, the artwork evokes a refined Japanese aesthetic. Meanwhile, the Junmai Ginjo bottle is adorned with a variation of the “Bishamon Kikkō” motif—an ancient Ise-katagami pattern said to have been worn as armor by Bishamonten, the god of war—integrated with the Ludens imagery.
The theme of this project is “Master of Game × Master of Rice.”
The theme of this project is “Master of Game × Master of Rice Brewing.” The concept movie showcases Hideo Kojima’s visit to the brewery in Suzuka, where he engages in a creative dialogue with the master brewer about the spirit of craftsmanship.
In addition to the package design, I was involved in all aspects of the project, including the creation of PR tools and promotional materials, as well as overseeing and coordinating the production process.
